NOF Fellowship

Aim: To support Education and Scientific activities in Orthopaedic Surgery by offering qualified candidate(s) economical support to visit a clinic or scientific laboratory//institution.
Duration: Maximum period for a NOF Fellowship is three months
Fellowship grant: The grant cannot exceed dkr. 100.000
Requirements: Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Member of NOF
- Active orthopaedic surgeon
- Documentation of scientific activity within Orthopaedic Surgery
Application: Application by e-mail to NOF Secretary General attached
- Curriculum Vitae including list of scientific publications
- Educational curriculum plan
- Letter of recommendation signed by Head of department
- Signed letter from Head of Visiting Department/Institution giving detailed information of Programme to be followed.
- Detailed budget signed by applicant and Head of department
- Passport photo of applicant
Report: For publication in Acta Orthopaedica an electronic report should be sent to Secretary General after terminated NOF Fellowship with enclosed relevant documentation for expenditures.
Deadlines: Application deadline: 31. Marts in the year of a NOF Congress. NOF Fellowship shall normally be terminated 12 months after the candidate(s) has been selected.
