NOF 2020 CENTENNIAL CONGRESS CANCELLED

Due to the unsolved Covid-19 virus pandemic, the NOF Centennial Congress Committee and the NOF board have regretfully announced the cancellation of the 2020 Centennial Congress. The NOF board´s highest priority is the safety of the participants and sponsors, and the circumstances regarding the pandemic and official rules makes it inevitable to cancel the meeting. The Norwegian government has recently extended the duration of restrictions regarding social gatherings to the 15th of June 2020. We regret any inconvenience this late announcement may cause you.

Refund
You will, of course, receive a full refund of the participation fee and social events you have booked. If you have paid by your credit/debit card, the refund will come directly to the card you used within 3 – 4 weeks. If you have paid you invoice by bank transfer, please send us your bank details .

Have you booked your travel?
We encourage you to check possible refunds with your travel insurance.

Have you booked a hotel room?
If you have booked a hotel room through our registration site, we will cancel this reservation free of charge.
If you have booked through any other means, you must contact that booking site for cancellation and refund.
